Minimalism is essentially the art of being able to be in a space where it is comfortably, conveniently and aesthetically live with less. It is one of the best modern styles, that will bring brightness, elegance and freshness into your interior space.

While on the surface of it all, this task may look easy enough, in reality it is a lot easier said than done. The best effect is with neutral or monotonous colours. In fact, a beautiful, functional home with a minimal theme is one of the hardest to design. Modern design is a trend these days especially for those people whose main focus is the function of their home. Aside from that, the clean look of modern interiors make homeowners love this type of concept which is clutter free and stress free.

Usually a lot of people for decorating minimalist style are using classy shades like black, grey and white. This is the rule of thumb for most your furnitures, however, it is not necessary to stick to these subdued shades especially on your statement piece oil paintings.  This is the time where you can showcase the best of your interior space. Introducing splashes of bold and strong hues like pink, blue and green is perfect to create an inviting and calming affect while still remaining to your concept of minimalism.

Here we showcase a a collection of perfectly minimal interior design examples for you to use as inspiration.
